ACCEPTANCE

By downloading, installing, or using 5×5 Lifts ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

THE SERVICE

5×5 Lifts is a strength training tracker built on the 5×5 progressive overload method. The App helps you log workouts, track progress, and follow structured programs. It is not a substitute for professional fitness or medical advice.

FREE & PRO TIERS

  • Free — basic workout tracking with the classic 5×5 program
  • Pro — one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks all programs, full history, analytics, data export, PR tracking, and AI-generated programs

The Pro upgrade is a single, non-recurring payment. Once purchased, it's yours forever — no subscriptions, no recurring charges.

PURCHASES & REFUNDS

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds outside of the App Store.

YOUR ACCOUNT

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@5x5lifts.app.

YOUR CONTENT

You retain ownership of the workout data you log. We do not claim any rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store and display your data within the App to provide the service.

FITNESS DISCLAIMER

5×5 Lifts provides workout tracking tools, not medical or fitness advice. Use the App at your own risk. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have health conditions or injuries.

We are not liable for any injury, health issue, or damage resulting from exercises performed while using the App.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
